We are pleased to formalize the agreement between Gate of Hope Afghanistan (GOH-Afghanistan) and Mediothek Afghanistan (MCA-Afghanistan) regarding the placement of well-trained female trainees as interns within your esteemed organization.
The interns from Gate of Hope Afghanistan have undergone comprehensive training in proposal and report writing, as well as operational management, covering financial and human resource management. They are prepared to contribute their skills and knowledge to the benefit of your organization.
The interns will be available to work either remotely from their homes or, if deemed suitable by your organization, at your office, in compliance with your established policies.
To support the interns during their five-month internship period, Mediothek Afghanistan commits to providing a monthly salary of 6400 AFN. This support aims to ensure the interns can focus on their roles and contribute effectively to your organization.
Upon successful completion of the internship, as evaluated by your organization, we kindly request that you consider offering permanent employment to the interns within your esteemed organization.
Considering the donor-set monthly salary of 6400 AFN, which may be relatively low, we respectfully request your organization to consider providing additional support. This could include covering transportation costs (if the intern is working at your office), providing a credit card, offering a secure working space, or any other facilities in line with your organizational policies.
We sincerely appreciate your consideration of this request and the support you can provide to ensure a positive and enriching internship experience for our trainees. Should you have any queries or require further information, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
We look forward to a successful collaboration and the mutual benefit that it will bring to both our organizations.
